Production

The products are made in the workshop in Austria. The steps according to the production process page:

Melting and casting. Fine silver is melted and cast into a silver strip.
Rolling and stamping. The strip is rolled to the right thickness. Blanks of 50 mm diameter or 54 × 36 mm are stamped from it.
Striking. A press with 300 tonnes of force strikes the blanks.
UV printing. Your photo or the artwork is applied by UV printing.
Laser engraving. Your text is laser-engraved on the back.
Final inspection. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships.

We produce part of our silver blanks ourselves, from melting and rolling to stamping. We also process carefully selected blanks that we buy in.
